Dr. James P. Sullivan

 

Dr. James Sullivan grew up in Ridgewood, New Jersey, and attended Bergin Catholic High School. He graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He received his Doctorate Degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated as president of his class.

Dr. Sullivan did his post-graduate training in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry and at the University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. He was the chief resident in his third year.

He assumed the practice of Dr. John Crisanti in 1996. Dr. Sullivan is the Director of the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey.

Dr. Sullivan is Board-Certified in Foot Surgery and in Rearfoot Reconstructive Ankle Surgery. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He was also declared the Best Podiatrist in Monmouth and Ocean Counties by the Asbury Park Press in 2007 and 2008.

Dr. Sullivan resides in Monmouth County with his wife and six children.

 

Dr. Greg D. Clark

Dr. Greg Clark attended the University of Arizona where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He also received his Doctorate's Degree in Podiatry and a Master of Science from Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences. In addition, Dr. Clark received an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts Science from Ocean County College.

Dr. Clark completed his post-graduate training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry and the University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey, in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery and in Forefoot Surgical Procedures.

Dr. Clark is Board-Certified in Forefoot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.

 

Dr. Catherine L. Churchill

Dr. Catherine Churchill was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She received her undergraduate education at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She completed podiatry school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, where she graduated as class valedictorian.

Dr. Churchill completed a three-year residency program in foot and ankle surgery at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, serving as the program's chief resident in her third year.

Dr. Churchill loves visiting foreign countries and experiencing new cultures. In May of 2016, she and Dr. Sullivan traveled to northern Haiti on a medical mission trip, where she treated patients with limited access to adequate medical care.

She is Board-Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
